Roman mythology
There were two Roman gods named Volturnus, both of whom are somewhat obscure. The first is a wind god; specifically, the god of the southeast wind. The second is the god of the Tiber river. The Volturnalia festival in honor of Volturnus (it's not known which one) takes place on August 27.
