Finarfin was the third and youngest son Finwë and Indis. He later was pronounced High King of the Noldor that remained in Aman after Fëanor led the greater part of them back to Middle-Earth. He married a Teleri, Eärwen, and had five children: Finrod, Orodreth, Angrod, Aegnor, and Galadriel (In order). Finarfin initially participated in Fëanor's quest to recover the Silmarils, but was appalled by his (half) brother's instigation of the Kinslaying, and returned to Tirion. His children, however, continued with Fëanor into Middle-Earth.
