• and maybe even Puerto Rico, Martinique and the Netherlands Antilles, depending on who you are and what you're talking about (all are still colonies of some sort).

I stand by my inclusions....the languages may be exceptions, but I find it hard to believe that these countries would be thrown out of a 'latin american' summit meeting because of this.
