Also known by the
aliases Roofoo and Doctor Cornelius, this insane
physician has
mutilated dozens of creatures in his evil
experiments. He and his
companion, an Aqualish named
Ponda Baba, are fugitives, and are being tracked by several bounty hunters. Dr. Evazan claims to have the
death sentence in over 12 systems.
