On public research methods

For the second or third time, last night we engaged in a discussion about mexican beer on the catbox. Old_New suggested that I should publish a writeup in which I review the different commercial beer brands available here, and I immediately accepted. The first thing I did was a small draft with the overall idea and the title:

"Ya estoy pedo"

A subjective review of commercial beers of Mexico

by andycyca

I'm not a beer sommelier and I don't claim to be one. I'm just a guy who happens to have mexican beer available in every corner store and can give an opinion on them, although a very subjective one (which means that it's a point of view that should be taken cum grano salis)

However, the readers of this review are mostly people who may only know one or two of the beer brands that I'll cover and may be interested in what I have to say about the rest. Moreover, "my" audience may have specific questions about the beer I'll review.

So, in order to better serve the audience, I'm receiving any and all questions you may have about mexican beer and I'll do my best to answer them in my following writeup. So far, my review of each brand will be something like:

  1. Brand name
  2. Brewing company
  3. Beer type
  4. Alcoholic content
  5. Subjective review
  6. Suggestions for maximum enjoyment
