Several forms of arthritis that is associated with a negative test for Rheumatoid Factor and is linked with HLA-B27.
The four main ones are: Ankylosing Spondylitis, Reiter's Syndrome, Psoriatic Arthritis and Enteropathic Arthritis (arthritis associated with Crohn's Disease).
