Laparohysterosalpingooophorectomy (thing)

• laparo- as in laparoscopic
• hystero- as in the uterus
• salpingo- the fallopian tube(s)
• oopho (erm... sorta)- the ovary(ies)
• -ectomy -- surgical removal.

Put it all together and you should get laparoscopic surgical removal of the uterus, fallopian tubes and ovaries.
