Retropsychokinesis is the supposed ability to manipulate matter/energy retroactively. More specifically the Retropsychokinesis Project is an attempt to do online experiments with ordinary people to see if they can manipulate data previously generated from a random source. As a concept it seems to sit between quantum theory and parapsychology.
