The proper name for the food vending trailer situated on the opposite side of the
Cambridge market square to the
van of life. It is known by its owners as "
Uncle Frank's", but if one of the many
things that have been popularly renamed by Cambridge students.
In terms of hygene standards, it is not really so different from its neighbouring van; its name probably originates from an effort to impose some yin/yang dualism on the world. It is however decidedly less popular than its rival, but is reckoned to have better chips.
