A small town in the Texas hillcountry about half an hour's drive from Lost Maples State Park.
There actually is a spring here on which a water bottling company was built--hence Utopia Water honestly *does* come from Utopia, the name was not just idly placed on the product. Lore has it that the town was given its name in a tongue-in-cheek manner; not only was it "supposedly" the ideal society, the town is literally "out in the middle of nowhere" hence the play on names.
