A ground-breaking exhibit of Chinese archaeological artifacts at the Asian Art Museum in San Francisco, showing until September, 2000. It has new findings, classic treasures never before let out of the PRC, and just plain breathtaking things, such as a suit of jade armor. More expensive than the usual admission, but worth it. There is also a special store with overpriced but nifty items from China. Be sure to save time to see the regular exhibits upstairs. See www.asianart.org for more information.

Trivia: Jerry Yang is a sponsor of the exhibit.
