Hammerheads by both those in their Universe and ours...
Ithorians are a peaceful race - dedicating their lives to nature and art.
They tend to be about human height or slightly taller with bulbous heads attached to a curved neck. In addition to have eyes on either side of their head they also have two mouths positioned slightly below the eyes. They look, ya know... kinda like a Hammerhead shark. Thus the name.
...And you thought this was hard.
The only image of an Ithorian I can remember from the movies is sitting in the cantena of Mos Eisley during A New Hope.
