Belmont Milds are a brand of Canadian cigarette, produced by Benson & Hedges. They originally were available only in king size, but packs of regular size cigarettes have been introduced recently. This brand has rarely (if ever) been promoted in traditional advertising, but has developed a frighteningly loyal cult following amongst ravers.

The cigarettes are presumably made "mild" by the addition of activated charcoal to the middle of the filter, sandwiched between two smaller cotton filters. The cigarette itself is white, with two stripes (blue and gold) to mark where the filter begins, and the word "Belmont" is written on the filter, in blue.

The pack is primarily white, with a thick blue stripe running diagonally from the top-left to the bottom-right of the face, with a thin gold chaser stripe to the left. The words "Belmont Milds" are displayed on the left-hand side of the pack, white text on the blue background of the stripe.
