Ter Sámi is a
Finno-Ugrian language. It is considered a nearly
extinct language. Only 6 people in the world are known to speak it. Most of the people who did speak this
language now speak
Russian or
Kildin Sámi. All of the speakers now live in the
Murmansk Province of
Russia.
