Stoplight Cooler: a
layered Mixed Drink.
note: as with any layered
drink, much care must be taken to get the correct appearance. Practice makes perfect
Ingredients:
1 oz Gold Tequila
3/4 oz Melon Liqueur
1 splash Sour Mix
2 oz Orange Juice
1/2 oz Sloe Gin
Ice
Directions:
Fill a glass with ice cubes. First pour the melon liqueur
and tequila to create a green layer. Add the sour mix. Slowly
pour orange juice against side of glass to create yellow
layer on top of the green one. Finally, carefully float the sloe gin on top of the yellow layer for the red layer.
