Garden of Eatin' corporation is a manufacturer of salty,
corn/
maize-based
snack foods. The name is, of course, a pun on
the Garden of Eden.
Their most recognizable product is "Blue Chips", which is a tortilla chip made with blue corn (a naturally blue varietal developed by the Hopi and Zuni tribes).
Other products include Red Hot Blues, a spicy version of Blue Chips, as well as various related chips made with black beans, red corn, yellow corn, and various other grains.
