Quite possibly one of the most
glorious snack foods I have ever experienced. From the package:

Manufactured in several flavors (I've only had original) by
The Ginger People. Can be ordered online via their
predictably named website www.gingerpeople.com. Advice: don't bother with their suggestion for a
tasty ginger drink; the results are disappointing.
