A juggling move where the ball/ring/club/chainsaw is thrown under the opposite arm. One of the simplest tricks with clubs and rings, and one of the things you should be able to do automatically before you attempt the Mill's Mess.

Simply take your first hand underneath the other, and then throw straight upwards to the normal height. Then whip the first hand back to its normal place and catch what's coming downwards.

Throwing every third ball under the arm is a sort of cheating version of Mill's Mess; it looks pretty similar, especially with clubs. Throwing every other ball under the arm is called the 'wheel'; the normal throws should be thrown over the top of the under the arm throws. Throwing every single ball under the arm just looks manic and silly... a very good warmup for those cold winter mornings, though!
