The second women in Samson's life to use her wiles to trick him into revealing information (you would think he would have learned) and then use that information to betray him. In this case Delilah tricked Samson into revealing that his strength came from his hair never being cut, and so Delilah cut his hair when he was asleep and the Philistines were able to capture him and gorge out his eyes.
