A character from the Hebrew Bible/Old Testament. Achsah was the daughter of Caleb who he promised in marriage to whomever took Kiriath-sepher. Othniel the son of Kenaz took it, and so married her. As a wedding present Achsah asked her father for some the upper and lower springs in the Negev.
