Depending on the source, this song is either listed as being by "The Ogden Edsl Wahalia Blues Ensemble Mondo Bizzario Band" or just "Ogden Edsl" (both are names of the same band) and came out in 1977 on the album Stuffed.
It was the number one song on Dr. Demento's show for 1982 and 1983, as well as the number one song of all time at his 15th Anniversary special, and as of the late 90s still the 12th most requested song. It has been rereleased on several compilation albums.
