A
female who works in a
restaurant. They will take your
food and
drink orders, bring your
meals to the
table, get you drink
refills,
dessert, and pretty much anything else you may need. They are the
liaison between you and the
kitchen.
They are supposed to be given a tip after the meal. While this once was supposed to be dependent on the service the waitress provided, now it seems that 15% is mandatory.
