Xtapolapocetl is the giant
Olmec head that was given to
the Simpsons by
Mr. Burns in the episode "
Blood Feud". The head, which currently resides in the Simpson
basement (although it has never been explained how it got down there, or even how it got into the house in the first place), was given to them as a
thank-you gift for
Bart's
blood donation.
