Sheridan realizes
Garibaldi has started drinking again, placing him on
indefinite suspension as Head of
Covert Security.
Lochley tries to help, and calls
Lise Hampton to the station in the hopes that she can straighten him out.
Secondary Plot:
G'Kar discovers the number of his
followers has risen dramatically.
Tertiary Plot: Lochley and
Zach Allen are ordered by
EarthDome to arrest
Lyta Alexander for the
terrorist bombing of
Psi Corps facilities.
Garibaldi then strikes a deal with her while she's in
lockup, offering his aid in setting up professional
accounts to fund her
cause in exchange for removing the
neural blocks that
Bester implanted in his
mind.
Fourth Plot:
Delenn is
pregnant.
