Primary Plot: An old Dilgar war criminal, Deathwalker, arrives on B5 with a serum of immortality.
Secondary Plot: Kosh asks Talia Winters to mediate some very odd negotiations.
Commentary: A fairly worthless episode. Pretty much the only thing it establishes is that the Vorlons aren't very cute and cuddly--Kosh subjects Talia to some light torture in order to extract some emotions from her, and he also arranges to have the Deathwalker killed to prevent the immortality serum from being mass produced.
