Unofficial name for the
Bonus Stages in the various
Super Mario Bros. games. Level 2.4 (i think) in SMB3 was described in one strategy guide as "Coin Heaven Without Clouds".
Note: This does not apply to the class of bonus stages in the original SMB game which tend to be called a "Basement" or "Coin Basement"
AFAIK super mario bros. is the only console video game to have Coin Heaven levels.
