Get this. The domain name we registered for our business?
- The e-mail address in the WHOIS info is no longer valid.
- Nor is the phone number.
- I can't remember the password to our account so I can't log in and change them.
- Having the password e-mailed to us won't work. See "invalid e-mail address" above.
- I tried all of the "challenge questions" (for when you forget your password), first giving answers that applied to me, then to my wife. None of them worked.
Now I'll probably have to fill out this form they sent me and fax it to them in order to have the password reset. LOSER.
What the heck did I set that password to...?
