Beads on a string, to be fidgeted and toyed with constantly as a nervous reflex - occupying the hands so the brain doesn't have to set itself to subjects of distress. Can be rubbed, spun and twirled in a number of different ways, mostly by old Greek men who know more tricks on their worry beads than the average yo-yo champion does. They can also be used as a rosary or jewellery in the rare instances when they're not being flipped around.
