aka Ted Parsons
American drummer/percussionist who deserves a lot more attention than he gets. Parsons' relentless drumming was first heard in the 80's and early 90's playing with Swans, creating a significant part of the grinding dark sound of that band. Later on he played and toured with Foetus, was a permanent member of Prong and did collaborations with several others, including Bill Laswell.
These days you can find him playing with grindcore kings Godflesh, carrying on the depressed rage theme from early Swans, and in Teledubgnosis .
