In order to
recycle postage
stamps you:
A) Find some used postage stamps on some
envelopes.
B) cut the stamps away from the envelope and then buy some rubbing alcohol.
C) put the stamps into the bowl of alcohol and watch the post marks dissapear (on about 50-
60% of the stamps... also you'll now be able to peel away the
paper from the envelope as the alcohol lessens the
stickyness of the
glue. However some postmarks don't fade to to the paper of the stamp or the type of
ink used in the
postmark.)
d) get a paste stick and reattach to new mail e
VIOLA!
