Notes

The 3 LP/CD set contains an eight page booklet containing photographs of the tour, a list of the Europe '72 shows, ads for t-shirts and LPs and Robert Hunter's (Choirmaster) brief piece about hypnocracy, St. Dilbert, Bozos and Bolos.

Parts of the album were overdubbed after the tour.

Europe '72 is one of the Dead's big blockbuster albums... Full of rich versions of the songs listed above (most of them heard here on album for the first time), Europe '72 was a watershead for the band. It represented the last disc with Pig Pen and the first with Keith Godchaux and his wife Donna Jean Godchaux.

Disc Three contains a monumental jam as the band segues from Truckin' into Morning Dew with some 15+ minuets of jam sandwiched beteween.
