Wong Kar-Wai (王家衛) is a screenwriter and director working in Hong Kong. He is known outside Hong Kong mostly for his movies Chungking Express (重慶森林) and Fallen Angels (墮落天使). Your local video store should have them, thanks to the endorsement of renowned video store clerk Quentin Tarantino.
