"Smarks" is an online comic strip set in the wonderful world of
professional wrestling, written by Al Isaacs, Ted Smith, and
Terry Taylor. Its hero is
Stanley Marks, who wrestles in two small promotions - the
Family Wrestling Federation, where he's the archetypal
face,
Peacemaker, and the hardcore
Savage Rage Wrestling, as the maniacal Mercenary. Now he's the champion in both promotions, and only one man - the mysterious
Internet Dude - suspects that both Peacemaker and Mercenary are the same person.
Smarks features a colorful (no pun intended) supporting cast, from Dang Ling Chad to The Maniac to Richard Cranium. There's also his wife, the lovely Mandy Marks, and his wrestling-hating son Dewey.
