In an
office, one might find a
computer. The
computer is necessary for one's job, to complete their work. One may also find a
goldfish tank, a decoration. An
ornamental peice to remove one from their work.
Why not put them together? My friends in physics worked on plans for a
fish tank computer. The tank would be formed around the
computer's components. The
disk drives, and other
convienent ports, such as
mouse,
USB and
keyboard, would come out of the front of the tank. All other
external ports would come from the side, or the back. The
computer would be visible inside the tank, and the
goldfish could, conceivably, swim around different cards and drives.
Imagine a
device that one can do work on, but also can
distract one from work. If nothing else, it'd be a great
conversation peice.
