No lie, this dip will make people follow you home. Be cautious which parties you bring it to.

Omigod, Who Made This Stuff? Artichoke Dip

1 cup chopped marinated artichoke hearts
2/3 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
2/3 cups good grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs (plus about 1/4 cup to sprinkle on top)
pinch fresh herbs (basil, thyme, rosemary, oregano, or a combination of them all)
2 T. melted butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Fold artichokes, mayo, cheese, breadcrumbs, and herbs together. Put into shallow glass baking dish (I use a glass pie pan). Sprinkle with extra breadcrumbs. Pour butter on top of crumbs.

Put dip into oven, and go paint your nails or something.

Check on the dip in about 15 minutes. The breadcrumbs should be browning nicely.

Remove dip after about 25 minutes. Serve with some really good crusty French or Italian bread, and be prepared to fend off the hordes of admirers.
