Garrison Keillor voices this daily radio program for Minnesota Public Radio, which is syndicated nation-wide by National Public Radio and is made possible by "the good folks at 21NorthMain.com". It opens with the most enchanting piece of piano I can remember, continues with Keillor telling several things that happened that day in history, of which, unlike real almanacs, all of which are interesting, for dessert presents a poem then closes with more piano. The whole thing only takes about five minutes but when I can catch it, is a high point of my day.
