Pull away the plastic (or whatever) surrounding the ignition. Pull off any two identically coloured wires. Touch them together. Repeat until engine starts.
Unfortunately, these instructions are somewhat unreliable. If you were the sort of person to want to steal a car, it would be easier to go to some traffic lights and stick a gun through someone's car window, then take thier cars that way. No security systems to get past or anything.
