Three-breasted women do exist. The medical term for this condition is "Polymastia". It is a very rare condition, and the third breast is usually more deformed than the other two normal breasts, appearing usually to the side of another breast, almost on the back.
One three breasted woman appeared in the movie "Total Recall", as a mutant, but it was only a prostethic.
