Acronym for the Student Space Exploration and Technology Initiative.
This is the
European Space Agency's network of students and educational institutions designed to facilitate the distributed design and construction of a micro-
satellite named ESEO (European Student Earth Orbiter), as well as potentially more ambitious
projects later on.
Their current project is a satellite that is to be launched on the
Ariane 5 later this year.
