3/4 Cup Sugar
3 Tablespoons Flour
½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
5 Cups Sliced, Peeled Fresh Peaches
2 Tablespoons Butter
2 Nine Inch Pie Shells
Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon. Add to peaches, mix lightly. Spread in uncooked pie shell. Dot with butter. Place second shell on top and pierce with a fork.
Bake at 400º for 45 - 50 minutes.
