1 Cup Finely
Chopped Nuts
One 7 oz jar
Marshmallow Cream
1½ Cups
Suger
2/3 Cup
Evaporated Milk
¼ Cup (½ stick)
Butter
¼ Teaspoon
Salt
One 12 oz package (two cups)
Butterscotch Flavored Morsels
1 Teaspoon
Orange Extract
1 Teaspoon
Grated Orange Rind
Line 8 incn square pan with foil. Spread ½ cup walnuts evenly on bottom of pan; set aside
In heavy guage saucepan, combine marshmallow cream, sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt. Bring to a full rolling boil over moderate heat, stirring constantly. Boil five minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add Butterscotch Flavored Morsels; stir until morsels are melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in orange extract and orange rind. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle reamining ½ cup walnuts on top. Chill untill firm (about 2 hours)
Makes: about 2 1/3 lbs.
