There's a number of materials that fluoresce under black light. The most common are:

White Paper - Normally, paper is treated with fluorescent compounds to make it appear brighter.
Tonic Water - Contains quinine. It glows a nice bluish tone.
Most vitamins - Try to crush a vitamin B-12 tablet and dissolve it in vinegar. It glows bright yellow.
Chlorophyll - Is normally green, but glows red!
Sperm - UV is used by forensic techs to detect it.
Antifreeze - Normally contains fluorescent compounds.
Laundry detergents - Make your clothes appear whiter than white. They glow a blue white.
Postage Stamps and Passport Visas - To prevent forgery.
