A five-piece
metal band from
Chicago, SOiL is beginning to make its impact and musical ability known in the industry.
Scars, their major label debut
album, was produced by
J Records and released in
2001. In support of
Scars, SOiL toured with the likes of
Ozzy Osbourne and
Rob Zombie, and also on
Ozzfest 2002. Their
sophomore album,
REDEFiNE, came out on
March 23, 2004. Later that year, lead vocalist
Ryan McCombs left the band, and was replaced by
A.J. Cavalier, formerly of
Diesel Machine.
