E2 is a predecessor of genre of vanity writing, self publication community sites, and of the current social networking website¹ in general, where my presence can be tracked from #5 above.
¹ Yes, I know e2 is a writers site, not a SNS per se, but from the beginning it's been more of a community (although a different one from what it was) than anything else (whence, e.g. "c2").
