This is a common saying among non-strict vegans
. Instead of searching for such items as 'whey
' and 'glycerine
' in a long-ass list of ingredients, some people will choose to 'eat it, not read it' and not worry about it. I personally don't see how eating a cracker
with one particle of recycled milk product
in it is bad, but that's just me. Then again, I'm not vegan at all.
