A weekly magazine sold by homeless people in the UK. The system is well-established, each vendor is licensed, they are generally well-mannered and courteous.
The Scottish version has been going for seven years now, and has produced (really quite good) CDs on its 5th, 6th and 7th birthdays.
I get my copy from the vendor (whose name is Tony) on Union St outside Central Station, in Glasgow.
The paper is released every Thursday.
