Jessica Lange is an actress who currently lives in Stillwater, MN. She was born on April 20, 1949 in Cloquet, MN and has three children: Alexandra, Hannah and Samuel. She went to the University of Minnesota.

Her acting career started in 1976 when she debuted in a remake of King Kong. In 1982, she won a variety of awards for her role in "Tootsie," a hit movie about a cross-dressing actor who wants to work on a soap opera. Lange won an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress in this film. That same year, she was also nominated for Best Actress for the film Frances. Since then, she's had a variety of roles. In the 1990's the highest grossing films she starred in were Rob Roy (1995) and Cape Fear (1991).
