Constitution of Canada (thing)

Set of rules governing the Governments of Canada. Three types of rule make it up:

• Entrenched Constitutional Laws
  • Constitution Act 1867
  • Constitution Act 1982
• Organic Statutes
  • Supreme Court Act
  • Canadian Bill of Rights 1960 repealed in favour of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms in CA 1982
