Morningstar Farms is one of the largest and most commonly available types of meat substitute products. The typical package will include four patties in a box, vaguely reminiscent of hamburger, chicken or another meat. They also make vegetarian sausage links, bacon and other breakfast products. All of their products are vegetarian, and some are vegan.
The average box of Morningstar Products currently goes from around 3 to 5 dollars a package, and is a reasonably good deal. While they are not great culinary accomplishments, they do make a good meal.
