antimatter.
There are five states of matter (Update: six or seven, now. Add on one of the Fermi statics.):
Solid
Liquid
Gas
Plasma
Bose-Einstein Condensate
I wonder what
dark matter is classed as...
Oh well.
It doesn't really matter.
